How do you get the most from your Officer Conferences?
 

Officer Conferences are a great opportunity to bring together some of the most important people in the organisation and spend time motivating them; listening to them; working with them; and developing them.  They are often the only forum where such a combination of people will be brought together and are tremendous opportunities.  For many companies they also represent a significant investment in design, planning, facilitation and management.  They have the potential for great benefit, but need careful design and regular review to maintain their life and impact.
